uses the Usability
Centered Development Methodology, taught in CMPT 479 / 817, to focus on providing usability to all users
USERLab
led the development of the 11 Accessibility Goals in ISO/IEC Guide 71
Guide for addressing accessibility in standards. These 11 Accessibility
Goals (aka Accessibility Principles) apply to all types of "systems
with which humans interact as users, either directly or indirectly".
These accessibility principles and an approach to applying them is
taught in CMPT 480/840.

What Usability Engineering is:
